We ask that our clients arrive at least 10 minutes early for their first appointment to give them time to fill out our New Patient Form. If you would like to save a bit of time, you can also complete our New Patient Form online in advance.
One of the members of our veterinary team will review your pet's medical history and speak with you about their health issues. You can take this opportunity to ask us any questions that you might have and we will be sure to take the time to answer them.
Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and options for treatment. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.
After your visit with us, we will create a detailed report of our diagnosis of your animal's condition, the discussion that we had with you and the treatment plan that we have created. We will keep this information on hand for whenever it may be needed.
